Uranus Re-enters Taurus: Redefining Security
Uranus, the planet of revolution and innovation, first entered the sign of Taurus in 2018. For the past seven years, this transit has served as a constant wake-up call, challenging us to redefine security, revolutionize our financial systems, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with the material world. We’ve seen global shifts in currency, technology, and supply chains, forcing us to question traditional comfort zones.
Now, we approach the final, potent chapter of this transit. Uranus re-enters Taurus on November 7, 2025, for a crucial stay that lasts until April 25, 2026. We are entering the final few months of Uranus in Taurus, so it is a good time to assess the lessons of this transit. Uranus takes approximately 84 years to go around the wheel of the zodiac, so most of us will not experience Uranus in Taurus again in our lifetimes (the next entry of Uranus into Taurus is 2102).
As Uranus wraps up its time in Taurus, it's an opportune moment to reflect on the progress you've made since 2018. Have you become more adaptable to change? Have you redefined your relationship with money and material possessions? Have you found new ways to create stability amidst uncertainty?
For me, the transit of Uranus through Taurus brought a breakthrough in the areas of home (Moon) and structure (Saturn), as my natal Moon and Saturn are conjunct in Taurus. After trying for eight years to enter the real estate market, the whole structure of my life changed when we were finally able to buy a home here in Portland in the summer of 2020, as transiting Uranus hovered within a couple degrees of my natal Moon and Saturn. The beginning of the pandemic was certainly a weird time to buy a house. I had to work to let go of my limiting belief that it would not be possible. This is how Uranus transits work: there is often a breakthrough when we least expect it, or things work in a counterintuitive way. But we must do the inner work to break free of limiting beliefs and habits in order for the breakthrough to happen.

The energy of this transit is highly charged, asking you to confront any lingering resistance or adherence to outdated beliefs about money, possessions, or your physical body. If you have been unwilling to budge on a financial strategy or an unhealthy habit, Uranus is providing a final push for liberation.
This final phase offers the chance for lasting breakthroughs in your personal well-being. Uranus supports trying unconventional methods—whether it's an experimental approach to wellness, a new investment strategy, or an innovative way to generate income.
